The real-time PCR – based test-system using the fluorescent probes on SNP determining the a- and b-alleles of platelet antigens HPA-1, -2, -3, -4, -5 and -15 is created and proposed. This system was tested on both blood donor samples and blood samples from parents with their children. The latest tests supported the efficiency of the proposed system for detection of mother-fetus conflicts for the children with thrombocytopenia symptoms. The results obtained with the proposed system are identical to the ones obtained with PROTRANS HPA Domino System (Germany).
