Brief summary
Using the immunological biochips including immobilized antibodies allows detecting the surface cell antigens. The cells may be fixed and painted on pellucid and chemically resistant base of microarray and then cell morphology may be written. This method detects what antigens are expressed with morphologically different subpopulations of cells. Advanced method of such combine analysis is reported in this article.
