Brief summary
The analysis by means of immunological biochips allows to define simultaneously on different cells of superficial antigens. However on each separately taken cell only one antigen upon its linkage in this or that site of the biochip with immobilised antibodies can be defined only. For definition coexpression of several antigens earlier used the additional processing of the biochip with stained antibodies.
In the present work possibility of use for this purpose of antibodies, linked with enzyme molecules is shown. Such approach has advantages to carrying out of additional morphological research of the cells connected with the biochip.
