Using in vitro methods for predicting toxicity and mechanisms of action of mycotoxins

Brief summary
The paper assesses the possibility of predicting the toxicometric parameters of some mycotoxins for humans based on a set of acute toxicity indicators obtained on animals and cytotoxicity values for lymphocyte cultures of laboratory animals and humans. A change in the level of apoptosis of rat and human lymphocytes under the influence of mycotoxins, as well as the effect of substances changing calcium metabolism in cells on this process, was assessed
