Unaccounted anaphylactic reaction to effect of mycotoxins

In an experiment influence of the combined mikotoksikoz on the course of reaction of a system anaphylaxis at rats, sensibilized by model allergen - chicken ovalbumin is studied. For 30 days of a rat received a forage kontaminirovanny T-2 mycotoxins toxin and desoxynivalenol separately and combined in doses at the levels maximum allowed. Degree of a sensitization was estimated on accumulation of antibodies of class G in reaction of an indirect solid-phase enzyme immunoassay. Barrier function of intestines on high-molecular connections was investigated on increase in permeability of a wall of a small intestine for polyethyleneglycol 4000.
As a result of an experiment established that under the influence of mycotoxins in low doses there is an increase in allergic reaction to other allergens (ovalbumin, xenobiotics) and also disturbance of barrier function of intestines. The received results partially explain the reasons of clinical implication of an allergosis (short wind, cough, bronchial pneumonia, an eosinophilia, eosinophilic infiltration mucous intestines) at a latent current of a mikotoksikoz.
