Brief summary
The level of accessibility and quality of care, efficiency of health system performance, determined by the state and the development of primary health care. One of the objectives of the system of general practice, implemented in order to improve the quality of primary health care, outpatient care is to increase the volume, reducing the number of visits to specialists. Moreover, medical care is possible with different forms of organization of general practice: in the offices of general practice and in the offices of general practice clinics in the structure. In order to improve the organization of primary health care to the population of a large city is necessary to correct the regional program of development of general medical practice in a large city, taking into account the nature of the settlement and the population density, as well as the development of public transport. In order to ensure regional access to primary health care is advisable to establish the offices of general practitioners in the suburban areas and neighborhoods of other urban areas far from health centers over long distances.
