Brief summary
The actual task of pharmacology is currently a search for new drugs with different biological activities, including a diuretic. Studied acute toxicity of humic substances and fulvate magnesium, it was found that both experimental tools belong to class IV toxicity (low hazardous substances) in accordance with GOST 12.1.007-76. Analyzed the effect of humate magnesium and fulvate magnesium on renal excretion of water, ions and creatinine in rats, installed diuretic doses.
