Brief summary
Medical systems of image analysis are used in the laboratory for measuring red blood cells. Computer methods is used to determine the parameters that are not available when using blood hematology analyzers. The morphometric parameters of red blood cells (diameter [D], the sphericity [Isf], thickness [T]) are obtained with of software and analyzed in this paper. The boundaries of main classes of red blood cells are installed.
