Features of the methodological approaches in the experimental research on the impact of environmental factors on the human organism were showed in this materials. results self constructed experiments, modeling of biological effects of antimicrobial nanobiocomposites with nanosilver particles, toxic encephalopathy, studying of combined effect of factors of biological and chemical nature. the significance of intracellular proteomics in assessing the effects of nanoparticles and nanomaterials on body was proved. Some of growing flow key links of mercury intoxication in remote period are identified . Proven encumbering role of prenatal hypoxia in development of intoxication in mature rats.
