Brief summary
A metabolites of propane, butane and isobutane was determined in plasma samples of rats exposed to aliphatic hydrocarbons. Acetone, butanol-1 and tert-butanol was determined by GC-MS-SPME. Metabolites of pentane and isopentane have not been identified.
