Brief summary
Research objective – carrying out the comparative analysis of local and systematic hemodynamics on vertebral arteries a method of color duplex scanning at a vertebral and spinal trauma and degenerative and dystrophic diseases of a backbone at cervical level. Complex clinical and beam inspection executed to 322 patients (142 victims with a trauma and 180 patients with degenerative diseases). At color duplex scanning at the majority as with a trauma (88%), and with diseases (73.3%) observed violation of vascular geometry in the form of deformations of a course of a vertebral artery. When determining extent of compensation of a blood flow on the way offered by us the subcompensated blood flow at diseases revealed in 5.6% of cases, at a trauma – at 18.3% of victims. Decompensating of blood flow found only at a trauma in 7.7% of cases. Ultrasonic signs of an extravasal compression of a vertebral artery observed at a trauma in 11.3% of cases at victims with dislocations and fracture-dislocations of vertebras, in 8.5% of cases the local compression resulted in system deficiency of a blood flow. Unlike a trauma at degenerative diseases the systematic hemodynamic importance local the vertebral of influences is revealed in isolated cases (3.9%) and was a consequence not only changes of vascular geometry. The received results of color duplex scanning need to be considered when determining tactics of treatment of the patient.
