Brief summary
With the purpose to study the causes, circumstances and outcomes laparoskopi repeated interventions in emergency abdominal surgery were analyzed for more than 12 thousand. Logs and records of patients operated on by laparoskopi from 2006 to 2014. at the St. Petersburg Institute of Emergency Care I.I. Dzhanelidze, of which 86 cases were selected relaparoskopy. It has been established that such operations are justified. The advantage of this method lies in the minimal surgical trauma, as a result, did not significantly increase the length of stay in the hospital.
