Brief summary
The retrospective analysis of diagnostics at 140 patients with various pathology of cervical department of a backbone is carried out. At 58 victims (middle age of 29±5 years) the vertebral and spinal trauma, at 72 patients (middle age of 49±7 years) – degenerative and dystrophic diseases of a backbone and at 10 people (middle age (34±9 years) – tumors of cervical department of a backbone or a spinal cord took place. The diagnostic complex included an X-ray examination (survey and functional), a MRI and CT of a backbone with a morphometry of various parameters of a vertebral segment, a MRA and CT-angiography, and color duplex scanning of the main arteries of a neck. The algorithm of beam diagnostics is offered at pathology of cervical department of a backbone, which provides identification of a soft and bone compression of structures of a vertebral segment with specification of nature of influence of pathological process on vertebral arteries in the form of the irritative and compression extravascular of syndromes.
