Brief summary
Most patients with coexisting renal lesions develop kidney complications. Which makes the diagnosis essentially complicated in acute and early periods of the traumatic disease. Due to wear of the clinical signs, the complexity of the interpretation of results obtained and the limited use of some diagnostic methods.
In this article, 92 victims with combined lesions which developed kidney complications will evaluate the diagnostic value of: physical examination, laboratory and radiological investigation methods.
According to the results of the studies have determined the most effective methods for the diagnosis of renal complications that may develop in the acute and early periods of traumatic disease.
