Brief summary
In the review modern approaches to early using of pharmacological means of therapy of radiation injures from external irradiation are considered. It is shown, that as means of early therapy of radiation injures preparations from plants, animals and microorganisms, microelements and components of natural protective systems of an organism, cytokines and its inductors can be used.
