Brief summary
Examination of data of rendering of medical aid of 147 cases of spinal injuries (isolated and polytrauma) and 99 cases at is degenerative diseases (instability is noted in 72.1% and 29.3% accordingly) has been made. In all supervision those or other surgical interventions on spinal structures have been executed. Principles of an expert estimation which consist that the analysis is spent by three and more experts by an estimation of 4 blocks (inspection before operation, operative treatment, inspection after operation, observance of a principle of continuity) which schematically include all process of rendering of medical aid are offered. At an estimation of quality of medical aid to patients with the spinal instability which has arisen owing to a trauma and diseases, it is expedient to use the concept of «three columns» and mathematical model of spinal stability (three vertebra) that allows to receive objective result of examination. Additional inspection should include more widely early use visualization methods both up to, and after operative intervention.
