Brief summary
The article presents the results of a study of adaptation pilots to the conditions of the Far North with a diagnosis of "healthy" and diseases of the cardiovascular system by assessing the hemodynamic parameters by performing functional load tests (research in the chamber, orthostatic test). It was established that the flight crew diagnosed with neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertensive type, hypertension, myocardial and miokardioskleroz a decrease of adaptive mechanisms, as they have revealed significant increase in heart rate and blood pressure compared with flight crews with a diagnosis of "healthy". After 6 months of adaptation to the Far North in flying personnel with diseases of the cardiovascular system continues to be observed a high voltage of the functional reserves of the body, compared with flight crews with the same disease, but served in the Far North for more than 3 years.
