Brief summary
In modern clinical practice, special attention is paid to the search for effective therapeutic strategies for patients with severe forms of acute intoxication. The study is devoted to the analysis of the restoration of cognitive functions, including normalization of consciousness and improvement of mental and intellectual activity, in patients with extremely severe poisoning with chemicals that cause predominant damage to the central nervous system.
The results of the study indicate that the use of a combined drug containing inosine, nicotinamide, riboflavin and succinate as part of complex intensive care significantly accelerates the process of restoring mental functions. A particularly pronounced effect is observed in relation to the return of clear consciousness and improvement of cognitive performance in patients with toxic and hypoxic encephalopathies.
The data obtained confirm the expediency of including this drug in treatment protocols in order to achieve a faster and complete recovery of higher nervous activity in this category of patients.
