Multicriteria assessment of pharmacological activity of original valproic acid compounds for the relief of primary generalized seizures, caused by camphor

Brief summary
The aim of the study was a comparative assessment of the anticonvulsant efficacy of the original valproic acid compounds in various dosages using relevant methods of mathematical and statistical analysis. The study was conducted on 80 white male rats who were injected with the original compounds of valproic acid aminoesters, as well as the comparison drug Midazolam, to relieve convulsive syndrome. The model of primary generalized seizures was reproduced by a single administration of camphor at a dose of 1 g/kg. As a result, using the method of multicriteria evaluation of primary data, a high pharmacological activity was revealed in the substance of quinuclidinol ether of valproic acid (HAVK) at a dosage of 10 mg/kg.
