Резюме
Несмотря на совершенствование фармакологических и немедикаментозных методов лечения острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома, смертность при этой патологии остается достаточно высокой. Актуальным направлением терапии острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома является разработка и внедрение в клиническую практику различных вариантов жидкостной вентиляция легких с использованием перфторуглеродных органических соединений. К достоинствам данного направления, во многом обусловленным уникальными физико-химическими и газотранспортными свойствами перфторуглеродных жидкостей, относят улучшение доставки кислорода, повышение эластичности легких, устранение условий для формирования ателектазов, а также противовоспалительное действие. В обзоре представлены основные данные о результатах применения перфторуглеродных жидкостей в качестве средств для лечения острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома путем осуществления различных вариантов медицинской технологии жидкостной вентиляции легких, опубликованные в зарубежной и отечественной литературе в последние 50 лет. Определены перспективные направления экспериментальных исследований по обоснованию использования перфторуглеродных жидкостей в качестве средств для терапии острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома и разработки новых медицинских технологий лечения тяжелой бронхолегочной патологии с помощью жидкостной вентиляции легких.
