Резюме
Представляется обобщение опыта и результатов, имеющихся на настоящий момент исследований с целью определить возможности и перспективы реабилитационных мероприятий в рамках мультидисциплинарного подхода к лечению Covid-19. Цель легочной реабилитации у пациентов с Covid-19 ассоциированным поражением легких, состоит в том, чтобы уменьшить симптомы одышки и тревоги, минимизировать осложнения и инвалидизацию, предотвратить прогрессивное снижение функции легких, и улучшить качество жизни. Легочную реабилитацию в острый период лечения Covid-19 нужно осуществлять, как только это станет возможным по тяжести состояния, она должна включать нутриционную поддержку, адекватную вентиляцию и оксигенацию, достаточное дренирование бронхиального дерева, дыхательные упражнения, мануальную терапию и физическую активность. Учитывая возможность инвалицизации после выписки из стационара на амбулаторный этап, реабилитационные мероприятия должны проводиться у всех без исключения пациентов, перенесших Covid-19 ассоциированные поражения легких.
