Резюме
Фаллоидиновый синдром представляет серьезную проблему вследствие частоты встречаемости, сложности диагностики и отсутствия эффективных средств специальной терапии и низкой выживаемости пациентов, в том числе после ургентной трансплантации печени. Прослежены особенности опосредованного аманитином токсического про-цесса и раскрыты взаимодействия всех групп токсинов в составе плодовых тел, которые могут играть большую роль в потенцировании токсичности аманитина, чем просто индукция гастроинтестинальных явлений. Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки основных видов терапии, направленных на перераспределение аманитотоксинов в организме и их взаимодействие с основными рецепторами токсичности. Оценена роль средств, ингибирующих активность OATP1В3-переносчика и РНК-полимеразы II. Ключевые слова отравления, мицетизм, грибы, аманитин, полимиксин В, терапия. (статья в формате PDF.
