Brief summary
The article presents materials on the features of the lesion of the coronary arteries in different course of ischemic heart disease (IHD). It has been established that in patients with IHD, the right type of blood supply to the left ventricular myocardium is more common. With coronary angiography, patients with an unstable course of the disease were more likely to have a three-vessel lesion of the coronary arteries. In quantitative assessment on the SYNTAX scale, the highest values were observed in patients with unstable course of IHD.
