Influence of intranasal introduction thymus peptides for behavior and training in rats

Brief summary
In experiments on male Wistar rats was researched the effect of intranasal injection of thymus peptides on the functional activity central nervous system. Reduce the level of anxiety in rats and an increase in research activity in the tests "Open field" and ?Extrapolation escape task? are explored, and a positive dynamics on the formation with using tactivin and thymosin fraction 5 on the memory.
