Brief summary
The article is devoted the problem of conservative treatment of patients with critical ischemia of the lower extremities, the implementation of surgical treatment which is not possible. For an effective evaluation of conservative treatment of peripheral arterial occlusive disease using evaluation of the microcirculatory of the distal lower extremities before treatment, during and after treatment. In the result of the study established that conducting a pharmacological test and evaluation in the dynamics of the microcirculation in the distal lower limbs gives the opportunity of forecasting of results of conservative treatment of critical ischemia. The safety and efficacy of the method of measurement of microcirculation allows its wide use in the practice of vascular surgery.
