Brief summary
The aim is to study the quality of life with acute coronary insufficiency and gastroduodenopathies. Material and methods. The quality of life was investigated with the questionnaire SF-36, anxiety scale Spielberg Hanina, anxiety test Taylor-Norakidze, depression on the scale the research Bekhterev Institute of psychiatry (Zung) in 60 patients with acute coronary syndrome and gastroduodenopathies. 57 comparable by age and sex of patients without gastroduodenopathies were studied as a comparison group. A control group was of 30 healthy persons.
Results. Clinically severe chronic heart failure, transferred and acute myocardial infarction, Smoking, diabetes, multifocal stenosis of the coronary arteries, peptic ulcer disease in history, acetylsalicylic acid, coagulopathies were associated with gastroduodenopathies. In the group with gastroduodenopathies determined the decrease of life quality by parameters: RP, BP, SF. The situational anxiety and anxiety were increased, "health" and "mood" were decreased, depressive disorders were more often. Identified the deterioration The investigated indicators in patients with acute coronary syndrome were worse in comparison with the control group. Conclusion. Acute coronary pathology in combination with erosive and ulcerative gastroduodenopathies, and the presence of chronic diseases, including chronic heart failure have a significant negative influence on patients quality of life and psychoemotional status.
