Brief summary
For perfection of laboratory diagnostics at definition of thallium in blood of the person presence of a standard sample of this metal in blood is obligatory. The standard sample of
structure of the blood containing thallium, in Russia is absent. In this connection the purpose of the present research was a creation of such standard sample. As material basis of a sample the bull blood in which added necessary quantity served salt thallium. For reception of a necessary material the blood containing thallium, subjected to drying. The made standard samples have been comprehensively investigated, in particular on uniformity, stability and reproducibility. Researches have shown, that standard samples correspond to requirements. Thus, as a result of the executed works the standard sample of structure of the blood containing thallium which is brought in the state register with registration number – the state standard sample № 10236-2013 is created.
