Under conditions of acute toxic exposure (lipopolysaccharide S. Thyphimurium) is defined the specificity of circadian dynamics of the liver metabolic activity in guinea pigs with different levels of general non-specific reactivity of the organism. Characterized expression of lipid’s growth and products of their peroxidation, as well as the degree of reduction of intermediate metabolism’s enzyme activity in the liver after the introduction of bacterial lipopolysaccharide at different times of day.
