Brief summary
Created in RRIHT liposomal drug for intravenous infusion Lipoferol contains a complex of highly purified soybean phospholipids, identical in composition to the main class of cell membrane lipids. The individual components used phospholipid complex phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (pea), phosphatidylinositol (PI) have a high physiological tolerance, easy metabolizers, the activity of each of them is caused specifically aimed functional properties. The paper presents data on the optimal quantitative ratio of basic membrane fractions of phospholipids substances liposomal drug Lipoferol “Lecithin Soy, a solution of 10% alcohol” and “Phospholipids Sour Soy” received improved thin-layer chromatography (TLC) using domestic industrial plates Sorbfil and equipment for high-performance TLC (densitometer Den Scan with the program "DENS" for Windows). The software allows to process any captured image chromatograms and give analysis results on the screen.
