Analysis of methodological approaches for making models description metabolic and toxikodinamic processes of biological objects of different phenotypical classes

Brief summary
In the experiments with laboratory animals it was shown that parameters of xenobiotic toxic effect are associated with features of individual differences in its biotransformation and polymorphism of metabolizing ferments. It is offer to take into account population heterogeneity in distribution of pharmacokinetic parameters with the purpose of estimation of organism sensivity to xenobiotics. Change of carbamazepine pharmacokinetic parameters is discussed from the point of view of histohematic barriers permeability breach and functioning of monooxygenic system of liver when effecting of harmful substances on the organism in dozes of low efficiency.
