Intraoperative autotransfusion is an effective and safe technique for operative blood loss. Autoblood transfusion excludes risk of posttransfusion complication development caused by tissue incompatibility and infectious disease transmission. We report results of intraoperative blood reinfusion of patients undergoing surgical intervention. It is shown the using of devices for intraoperative autotransfusion has satisfied the needs in erythrocytes through the collection of blood streamed from the wound by 82.9% in patients operated on in a planned manner and by 49% in a matter of urgency.
