Brief summary
It is investigated antiradiat efficacy of filgastrim as means of early pathogenetic therapy for animals of the various kinds irradiated in a wide range of doses. It is positioned that course application G-CSF for the animals irradiated in minimum absolutely lethal dose essentially raises survival rate, reduces expressiveness mielodepressed and accelerates rates restoration of number of leucocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes.
