Brief summary
Stromal lymphoid tissue microenvironment state estimation at lymphoid precursor’s malignant transformation is important in lymphoproliferative diseases progression mechanisms disclosure because today it is fixed that stromal cells of lymphoid organs including lymph nodes play great role in normal lymphopoiesis and immunogenesis. Taking into account this fact, analysis of lymph nodes nonparenchymal element structural features seems to be actual.
The aim of review was to analyze literary data about lymph nodes stroma state in one of the most widespread lymphoproliferative diseases – CLL, with nodes \' lymphoid tissue involvement in the process.
