Brief summary
Opportunity of purine analgesia using during surgery under general anaesthsia was investigated since the start of 90th of the last century. The goal current study was quality and quantity analysis of adverse effects of intraoperative sodium adenosine thiphosphate infusion. Such effects were observed in 18.3% of patients. Medicine infusion was stopped in several from them because of bradycardia or significant decrease of hemoglobin saturation level.
