Brief summary
The purpose of this paper was a comparative evaluation of detoxic effect of inter-osteios lymphotropic injections with imunnomodulator of polyoxidonia, limphotropic and absorption and lymphotropic and ozone technologies in complex therapy of a syndrome of abolition of opioids. It was shown that the detoxic effect of inter-osteious limphotropic injections was reasoned by a stimulation of the mechanisms of limph formation and limph outflow reducing a toxic load onto organs and tissues. A combination with ozone therapy stimulating the immune mechanisms of limphatic system, provides a certain reduction of markers of primary endotoxemia and a level of circulating immune complexes. A combination with enteroabsorption stimulates a cleaning of organism from medium molecules. An introduction of polyoxidonia into a medicinal content potentiates a correcting influence of inter-osteious limphotropic injections onto the markers of primary and secondary endotoxemia.
