Brief summary
It is known that diagnosis in flying personnel of cardiovascular disease in the early stages of their development are difficult and depends on several conditions: a survey of the methods and amounts, qualifications specialist doctor, concealing his illness flight crews, etc. Important role in assessing the functional state of the organism in the military-professional adaptation pilots belong to a complex of research methods that are most reliably assess the functional state of the organism.
The changes revealed in the peripheral blood of pilots with hypertensive neurocirculatory dystonia, myocarditis and miokardiosklerozom reveal a breach of adaptive capacities, as well as a compensatory reaction to violations of peripheral hemodynamics in the body of pilots with cardiovascular diseases.
Dysadaptation disorders in flying personnel with a diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases are characterized by significant changes in morphological characteristics and biochemical parameters of peripheral blood as well as significant changes in hemodynamic parameters obtained in flying personnel with functional stress test in the Far North.
