Structure of psychoprophylactic monitoring at the stage of adaptation to military service

Brief summary

Peculiarities of the current psychoprophylactic measures at the stage of adaptation to the military service have been disclosed. Advantages of multiaxial approaches using in express-estimation of servicemen mental stage have been stressed. At has been suggested the realization of regular screening examination of servicemen with differentiated estimation including the combination of three axes: subjective self-appraisal, military-professional appraisal and adaptation. The main stage of military service according to the necessary measures for preserving and strengthening of mental health have been recognized: the stage of recruitment, the stage of adaptation to military service and the stage of stable military service. The general algorithms of mental disorders prophylaxis have been described.
