Brief summary
The complete analytical platform for biochemical and immunological studies in microarray format with videodigital registration was constructed. The parameters of positioning-mixing system were determined and specialized software for registration of results was created. With the help of the developed system methods of dot- analysis of glucose in blood and serum and dot-analysis of microalbumin in urea were elaborated. These methods are characterized by simplicity of testing, high productivity and efficiency. Analytical characteristics of elaborated methods were determined and high correlation between the data and results of reference laboratory studies was demonstrated.
