Brief summary
The algorithm of experimental models creation of coma at deprimative agents intoxications with the different mechanisms of toxic action is represented. Assessment criteria of the neurological functions oppression severity, the degree of coma depth and outcome prediction of acute poisoning with ethanol, 1,4-butanediol, sodium thiopental and sodium oxybutyrate are developed. Model of toxic coma can be created for certain substances in the experiment.
