Резюме
Проведено исследование прогностического значения показателя качества жизни впервые в России предпринято у больных лимфогранулематозом, агрессивными и индолентными лимфомами. Изучение качества жизни проводилось при помощи русской версии опросника EORTC QLQ-C30 до начала, в ходе и после окончания лечения по программам полихимиотерапии. В обследование включено 177 пациентов, из которых 100 являлись первичными. Всего проведено 357 исследований на различных точках наблюдения. Получены данные о качестве жизни различных групп пациентов в зависимости от его исходного уровня, произведена оценка влияния нозологической формы заболевания, пола и возраста пациентов, стадии заболевания, наличия симптомов опухолевой интоксикации и градации общесоматического статуса. В работе приводятся данные об уровне и динамике показателей качества жизни пациентов под влиянием проводимого лечения, произведен анализ зависимости состояния пациента от исходного уровня значения шкалы общего качества жизни. Делаются выводы о наличии прогностического значения исходного уровня качества жизни на результаты лечения, о целесообразности его учета при проведении клинических исследований.
