Brief summary
The effect of changing the light periodization on the behavioral activity of animals in the "open field" test, physical performance in the ?grip strength? test in the remote period after acute severe poisoning with thiopental sodium was studied. It was found that in animals under desynchronosis conditions increased anxiety, excitability, and a change in the orientation-research action were noted. In groups that received sodium thiopental in a semi-lethal dose, after 30 days, violations of active-search behavior, as well as an exploratory component, were observed. It is established that the change in the circadian rhythms has a significant effect on the response of the organism after exposure to a toxic factor.
