Brief summary

Temporal bone bloc resection is widely used in surgical treatment of patients with lateral skull base neoplasms nowadays. Nevertheless, some authors point to the technical difficulty of the manipulation and high risks of postoperative complications. The article gives an analysis of the main surgical parameters of this technique and the possible influence of various factors on them.
