Междисциплинарный подход к концепции сердечно-сосудистого риска. От предикторов к популяционной профилактике

Резюме
Изучены данные публицируемой литературы последних лет о роли стрессовой нагрузки в формировании общего сердечно-сосудистого риска. Описаны возможные патофизиологические связи между стрессовой активацией симпатоадреналовой системы и механизмами образования традиционных факторов кардиоваскулярного риска. Отражены потенциально успешные межсекторальные программы, направленные на минимизацию кардиоваскулярного риска, реализуемые на внутринациональных и международных уровнях.
