Современные хирургические методы лечения hallux rigidus (Обзор литературы)

Резюме
Hallux rigidus встречается примерно у 20-35% взрослого населения. Многообразие клинических и рентгенологических проявлений заболевания объясняет сложность создания универсальной классификации и выбора способа операции. Выбор конкретного оперативного вмешательства из всего разнообразия вариантов представляет собой трудную задачу, требующую учета различных клинических проявлений заболевания и ряда других индивидуальных факторов. Цель: Обзор научной литературы и современных статей, затрагивающих проблему возникновения дисфункции первого плюснефалангового сустава, применяемого оперативного и консервативного лечения при данной патологии. Материалы и методы. В представленном обзоре литературы проведeн анализ зарубежных и отечественных научных публикаций, посвящeнных вопросам лечения Hallux rigidus. В ряде случаев изложены собственные комментарии о выборе того или иного метода. Поиск научных статей за последние десять лет был выполнен в электронных базах данных GoogleScholar, PubMed, eLIBRARY, PubMedCentral по нижеуказанным ключевым словам. Выводы: Выбор конкретной методики хирургического лечения hallux rigidus может представлять сложную задачу для хирурга ввиду многообразия клинических и рентгенологических проявлений заболевания. Важно помнить, что для принятия правильного решения, помимо клинических и рентгенологических проявлений артроза ПФС1, необходимо учитывать целый ряд факторов, определить которые можно только в процессе общения с пациентом. Консервативное лечение может купировать болевой синдром при Hallux Rigidus 0-1 степени. Однако, необходимы дополнительные исследования для определения оптимальных методов лечения и их эффективности. Также, имеющиеся хирургические методы лечения Hallux Rigidus имеют свои особенности и достаточно недостатков. Для большей объективизации данных и выводов из представленной работы необходимы дальнейшие исследования, направленные, в том числе, на сравнение результатов использования различных техник.
