Артроз первого плюснефалангового сустава (обзор литературы)

Резюме
В статье представлены обобщенные данные русской и зарубежной литературы и в пол-ной мере описаны этиология, классификация, клиника, диагностика и методы консер-вативного и оперативного лечения артроза 1 плюснефалангового сустава. Подчеркнута актуальность заболевания. В данной статье указана мировая распространенность забо-левания. Особое внимание уделено способам лечения при различных степенях артроза. Подробно описываются преимущества и осложнения определенных видов оперативного вмешательства. Кратко представлены аналитические данные иностранных авторов по результатам методов лечения.
