Обусловленная ожирением болезнь почек: современные аспекты патогенеза, диагностики и лечения (обзор литературы)

Резюме
Представлен обзор мировой литературы, посвящeнный обобщению современных аспектов эпидемиологии, патогенеза, диагностики и лечения обусловленной ожирением болезни почек. Обсуждены проблемы терминологии и диагностики поражения почек при ожирении. Представлены генетические, гемодинамические и метаболические факторы риска и молекулярно - клеточные механизмы повреждения основных компартментов почки, ассоциированных с ожирением. Продемонстрированы результаты экспериментальных данных полученных на лабораторной модели животных и в клеточной культуре, гистологических исследований аутопсийного материала и нефробиоптатов пациентов с обусловленной ожирением болезнью почек. Определены основные терапевтические стратегии с учетом современных представлений о патофизиологических механизмах формирования хронической болезни почек ассоциированной с ожирением.
