Параметры ремоделирования миокарда у пациентов с поздними внутристентовыми коронарными рестенозами

Резюме
Цель: оценка влияния патологического ремоделирования сердца на формирование внутристентовых коронарных рестенозов выполнено исследование эхокардиографических показателей у группы пациентов, подвергшихся чрескожным коронарным вмешательствам с последующим рестенозированием, подтвержденным ангиографически. Методы. С помощью эхокардиографии обследована группа пациентов с внутристентовыми коронарными рестенозами. Для сравнения использованы данные группы больных без рестенозов в установленных ранее стентах. Результаты. Получены данные, свидетельствующие о преобладании концентрического ремоделирования миокарда левого желудочка у пациентов с внутристентовыми коронарными рестенозами. Выводы. Процессы ремоделирования миокарда способны оказывать влияние на склонность к позднемурестенозированию коронарных стентов.
