Brief summary
The marginal periodontium design project is suggested in patients with unsatisfactory esthetics of gingival taking into account parameters of biological zone. This method is a complex one available to any out-patient clinic physician. A formalized record is designed to monitor the size of biological zone. A surgical former to implement design project of marginal periodontium is suggested as well.
