Analysis of the impact of euphyllin, diacarb and apo-triazide the excretory kidney function is normal and the background gravitational effects

Brief summary
The aim of the research was to find the most effective combination diuretic and gravitational effects, stimulating the excretory function of the kidneys. Screening were representatives of different mechanism of action groups diuretics euphyllin, diacarb, apo-triazide. The analysis was conducted with the use of developed at the Department of pharmacology of the Samara state medical University of original methods for stimulation of renal excretory function using a centrifuge ultrashort radius located on it curved cells-liners for animals with the purpose of maximum remove from the centre renal region. Mode of gravitational interaction 3g in the direction of the vector of centrifugal acceleration to the kidneys animal was elected to the workers, due to the fact that caused the greatest increase excretory kidney function. As a result of experiments it was found that the effect of gravitational factor significantly increases the pharmacological effect of diuretics, has a stimulating effect on the excretory function of the kidneys. Diuretic activity of diuretic drugs on the background of gravitational interaction decays in the series: euphyllin, diacarb, apo-triazide.
