Цитокины и их роль в патогенезе множественной миеломы.

Резюме
В обзоре приведена структура и классификация цитокинов, характеристика их биологической активности. Показано, что цитокины являются медиаторами сложных взаимоотношений между иммунной системой организма и растущей опухолью. Приведены характеристики экспрессии генов цитокинов; представлена высокая степень полиморфизма генов цитокинов и их рецепторов. Подробно рассмотрена роль цитокинов (IL-1β, IL-3, IL-6, IL-10, IL-11 и TNF-α) в развитии злокачественного заболевания системы крови – множественной миеломы, а также участие цитокинов в процессах деструкции костной ткани, которые наблюдаются у значительного числа больных этим тяжелым недугом.
